Chef and owner Simon Lin brings over 35 years experience in Asian cooking to his tables. He blends Chinese, Japanese and Thai flavors and styles to create truly unique plates satisfying to every palette. Start with some fresh Spring Rolls, Vegetarian Pot Stickers, Fried Calamari or a Taiwan Chicken Roll. Soup or salad? The Asian Bistro has plenty to choose from made fresh each day. Entrees include Chinese Mustard Encrusted Chicken, Orange Glazed Filet, a Mongolian-style Rib Eye or even Sweet Roasted Duck. From the homemade squash & Pear soup, through the wonderfully displayed, fresh sushi, to the exquisite entrees and finishing with the best Tiramisu in the world we all were absolutely delighted. The service was excellent and Simon oversaw the entire operation. We will definitely be returning for our 50th anniversary. A wonderful experience.”

“This place was like a little bit of heaven in the midst of nowhere. I was surprised to find good Asian fusion food in this area.
They have great sushi rolls which are huge, delicious tempura, scallops and kung pow beef. The dishes have much higher quality ingredients than most other Asian restaurants (I think they used a fillet for my kung pow beef).
