What happens if FlyCoupon doesn't reach its goal?
If we do not reach the goal, then no one gets the deal and you will not be charged. To make sure this doesn’t happen, share the deal with all your friends.

Do you bill me as soon as I buy the FlyCouopon voucher?
No. Your credit card will be billed when the deal ends and only if that days deal reached its' goal.

How will the FlyCoupon charge look on my credit card statement?

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. However, unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds.

What if the business for my FlyCoupon voucher goes out of business?
We guarantee that you will be able to redeem your FlyCoupon Voucher within the first 90 days of the purchase. In the unlikely event that a business shuts down within this guaranteed period, we’ll credit your account for the purchase price of the voucher(s).
